With the ISO 9001 Certificate all our business targets and processes were documented and defined. In doing so, we were able to ensure smooth business operations, the efficiency of expenses and value-added-chains, and the quality of our services and guarantees the best solutions for our customers.

In gaining this certificate as defined by the DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 norm for our ISO quality management system in July 2015, we pursued and strengthened our quality management strategy. It documents our internal processes – from first customer contact through to assessing customer satisfaction – and thereby enables us to live up to our clients' quality expectations every day. Additionally, it puts us in the position to optimise out processes. 

In regular intervals our business activities are analysed. These analysis ensure that our internal organisational principles, internal processes, and the quality of our products are evaluated. The resulting assessments lay the foundations for ongoing improvements and the best possible quality.

The implementation and maintenance of quality standards are monitored by our management and a quality management representative.
